I finally finished Kingdom Hearts for PS2
When you finally beat your favorite video game, it’s really hard to go back to it. This weekend I finally finished Kingdom Hearts for PS2. I had been putting it off for quite some weeks, because I knew that if I got to the end I probably would be done playing it. I don’t have the motivation to go back and get every little item that I may have missed on my way to the end. If I got some super-duper weapon after-the-fact, what would it matter? I already know that I made it without that item anyway. What I really do is the opposite. I go through games at a snail’s pace and check every little nook and cranny for hidden items and secrets which leads to lots of random encounters with monsters. I’ve never seen a “special” ending scene that was only attainable by finishing a game in a limited amount of time. So now it’s time to play Final Fantasy X. I’m pissed because I was invited to join the beta test of Final Fantasy XI, but I don’t have the PS2 modem or DSL (that’s right, I got dial-up. Lucky me!!).
