As I mentioned in my last post, I bought Rocco Dispirito??™s cookbook Flavor. I picked it up offhandedly this afternoon, looking for something mindless to flip through. I didn??™t put it down for hours. This is the best cookbook I have ever seen ??” fascinating, well-conceived, well-written, and brilliantly designed.
