Staff of the Georgian Financial Police detained a group of swindlers involved in counterfeiting of medicines.

According to the police, the detainees have developed at a chemical plant production of counterfeit drugs, including Viagra and metronidazole. Currently carrying out an assessment of seized clandestine production shop.

Another belonged to the same group of machine for the production of fake Viagra was found at one of the villas on the outskirts of Tbilisi.

According to the police, for the manufacture of “Viagra” falsifiers use of aspirin tablets. To bring the necessary tablet (blue) color as a dye used liquid cleaning glass. Thus manufacture 35 thousand tablets, which were distributed not only in Georgia but also in other states, for example, in Azerbaijan.
