Homies are a series of 2-inch figurines loosely based on Chicano (Mexican American) characters in the life of the artist David Gonzalez Homies. First established in 1998, these plastic figures were initially sold through vending machines usually placed in supermarkets, but it quickly became a collection among young children and adolescents Homies.
