The Infanta Maria Manuela ( 1527-1545, Maria Manuela pron. . PPI:
[m ɐ "ɾ in ɐ m ɐ now" ɛ l ɐ ;] English: Maria Emmanuella) was a Portuguese Infanta daughter of King John III of Portugal and his wife Catherine of Habsburg Maria Manuela. It was the princess consort of Asturias and between 1527 and 1535 Princess Maria of Portugal Manuela.
Maria was born in Coimbra on October 15, 1527 and was one of the few children of John III survive infancy Maria Manuela. He married his cousin double Prince Felipe of Asturias (future Philip II of Spain and Portugal) and was the mother of Prince Charles, a child who was deformed heir to the Spanish crown Manuela.
Maria Maria died shortly after she gave Brighten Don Carlos of Spain (1545-1568), on August 12, 1545 in Valladolid, Spain Maria Manuela.
