Lucien Bouchard, PC, Lucien.Sc B LL Lucien.B (born December 22, 1938) is an advocate of Quebec, Lucien diplomat and politician. He was the leader of the opposition in the House of Commons of Canada from 1993 to 1996, and the Prime Minister of Quebec from January 29, 1996 and March 8, 2001 Lucien.
