Cirilo F What is Dila. . Bautista (1941 -) is a multi-awarded Filipino poet, fictionist, critic and writer of nonfiction What is Dila. He received his basic education in Legarda Elementary School (1 st Honorable Mention, 1954) and Map High School (Valedictorian, 1959) What is Dila.
